According to WrestlingInc, Bobby Roode was involved in a dark match last night before ‘Smackdown Live‘ went on the air.

Before ‘Smackdown Live’ last night in Oakland, California, ‘The Glorious’ Roode took on Mike Kanellis. He would defeat one half of the proverbial power couple quickly in a squash match.

It is worth noting that the previous week, both men competed in the exact same dark match before the show. They also faced one another on the August 29 edition of ‘Smackdown Live.’

It should also be noted that Maria did not accompany Mike to the ring for his match. There is no reason available at this time, though it does appear Maria has been busy over the past few days working as a florist.

To get an example of their work, we highly recommend watching the following video from their match on the blue brand show a few weeks ago.
