According to the wife of former WWE Cruiserweight Champion Kalisto, it appears the luchador may be injured following a fan incident this past week on 205 Live.

The incident occurred after Kalisto’s match alongside Gran Metalik against Jack Gallagher and ‘The’ Brian Kendrick.

As Kalisto laid outside the ring, WWE cameras accidentally caught the footage of a fan throwing a heavy water bottle at the face of Kalisto.

Kalisto’s wife took to her Instagram account to confirm her husband has underwent an MRI, received stitches and may have a possible fracture due to this incident.

Here is the post:

It is worth noting that the fan that threw the bottle was caught, as reported by Keith Burgdoff, who is the WWE Talent Parking Coordinator.

A fan by the name of Louis explained in response to Burgdoff that he was the one that initially reported the fan to security.

The fan that threw the water bottle was next to Louis and actually threw the bottle from one of the suites at the arena.

Wrestling Rumors will continue to update you on this story as it develops. It is unknown at this time if the injury will lead to any time off for the former WWE United States Champion.

Below is a video that shows Kalisto being hit with the water bottle so you can see for yourself.
