Former WWE Divas Champion Natalya has been establishing herself as a valet for the “Best Team Ever,” Tyson Kidd and Cesaro. While she accompanies her husband to the ring for his matches, she often finds herself getting involved in some way.
Natalya spoke with Title Match Wrestling backstage at the “Elimination Chamber” pay-per-view, and spoke about the pairing of Kidd and Cesaro:
“You know, Tyson and Cesaro, they were never supposed to be a team. And they got brought together in a unique way. And they just have this magical chemistry. And you look at like, the New Age Outlaws, Road Dogg and Billy Gunn, and they’re just kind of the opposites. But they really work well together. And they always say opposites attract. But Tyson and Cesaro, they’re not Timon and Pumba, but they’re total opposites that blend together to form this perfect, authentic team. And it’s really cool to be out there and be part of that.”
She also talked about how managing gives her an opportunity to get television time she would not be getting elsewhere if she were involved in the Divas program solely:
“Let’s face it. There’s one Divas match. And there’s one Divas Champion. If you’re not in the title race, you still want to be represented on TV. And to be part of the “Best Team Ever,” Cesaro, Tyson Kidd, myself, I mean, what could be better? So right now, I love being with them, and I keep everybody in line. If it’s not powerbombing Torito, it’s slapping Xavier Woods. Everybody knows their place when Nattie’s at the ring.”

Editor’s Note
I’m happy she’s found a way to stay relevant. That’s important when you are limited on TV. She’s doing well.
