WWE Hall of Famer Jim Ross has once again taken to the “Q&A” section of his website, and has answered some fans’ questions. Below are some of the more recent highlights.
Ross had brief comment on Mike Adamle, who was at one point the voice of the re-branded ECW and “RAW” general manager:
“Mike was a good guy but lacked the product knowledge to do pro wrestling well. Nonetheless I enjoyed being around him.”
He was asked how he felt he would call the upcoming “Wrestle Kingdom 9” pay-per-view for Global Force Wrestling, whether as a heel or face:
“I’m not changing what I generally do and will remain objective and attempt to make it feel like a legit sporting event without insulting your intelligence. I have no idea who my partner is going to be but I don’t expect on air bickering to disrupt the broadcast.”
Another interesting topic Ross hit on was the prospect of working with Vince McMahon. It was noted JJ Dillon felt it was strenuous to be “on-call 24/7” for McMahon. Ross commented as well:
“It was challenging being ‘on’ 24X7 but we had no children at home and JJ did and one was a special needs child. Two different circumstances but I can relate to his point of view.”

Editor’s Note
Can you imagine being on-call for Vince at any moment’s notice? There would never be a moment to breathe.
