Charlotte Teases Appearance on “Monday Night Raw”

For months, rumors have circulated one of the biggest Divas to come out of NXT could be on her way to the main roster. Now, said Diva has decided to add some “Flair” to those rumors.

Former NXT Women’s Champion Charlotte took to Twitter Monday afternoon to post the following:

The tweet seemingly confirms she will be in attendance for “Monday Night Raw” this week, which will hail from Cincinnati, Ohio. Jimmy Wang Yang, who had two stints with the company, also teased he would be in attendance for “RAW” Monday night.

The daughter of WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair was the longest-running NXT Women’s Champion in the promotion’s history, having held the belt for 258 days. She lost the belt to former ally Sasha Banks Feb. 11 at “NXT TakeOver: Rival.” She was not pinned individually, instead losing it as part of a Fatal 4-Way also involving Becky Lynch and Bayley.

She received a rematch on the March 4 edition of “NXT,” leading many to believe she would be on the main roster shortly. She has worked several live events, with anticipation of her big time debut growing with each show.

It is said Vince McMahon is anxiously awaiting her arrival, which could give her leverage once she gets there. Charlotte has competed once on “RAW” before, losing to Natalya in promotion of NXT.
