Former WCW, WWE and TNA wrestler Sean “X-Pac” Waltman suffered a pretty embarrassing injury this past weekend, during a retirement match with Jerry Lynn in Minneapolis. With Lynn down in the corner, Pac went for his signature Bronco Buster – the hardcore legend moved out of the way and the collision with a turnbuckle left the former Cruiserweight Champion with a split anus. Yes…Really.

Walman sent out a Tweet confirming his release from the hospital Monday afternoon:

TMZ even picked up the story, verifying that Waltman underwent surgery for the torn anus injury, and made his way to the hospital shortly after the event because he couldn’t stop the blood flow.

Hopefully WWE takes the high road with this one, and refrains from making any ill-timed “anal bleeding” references.
