TNA President took to Twitter just moments before this week’s episode of Impact Wrestling, announcing that next week TNA would debut a new set of rules for their signature X-Division.

TNA’s X-Division has undergone several changes since its inception in 2002, with Eric Bischoff imposing the very first upper weight limit in 2011, which was overturned buy Impact general manager Hulk Hogan less than one year later.

Kenny King is the current X-Division Champion, winning the title from Rob Van Dam on an episode of Impact Wrestling, before successfully defending the championship at Lockdown against Christian York and Zema Ion.
