WrestleMania! It’s that special time of year where it’s all wrestling, all the time–except it’s not that at all. Not even a little bit. Continuing a fan-annoying tradition that goes back years, WWE will be hosting a concert as part of its pay-per-view.
The performance will feature rap artist Pitbull along with special guests Flo Rida, Lunchmoney Lewis, and Stephen Marley. This will be in addition to the previously announced performance of ‘America the Beautiful’ by R&B artist Tinashe.
The last WWE-hosted concert saw Skylar Grey, Travis Barker, and Kid Ink perform a medley at WrestleMania 31, and Snoop Dogg performed Sasha Banks’ entrance theme at WrestleMania 32. Previous ‘America the Beautiful’ performances included Aloe Blacc and Fifth Harmony.

Though concerts make perfect sense for events like the Super Bowl, it’s tough to imagine anyone paying the premium price for WrestleMania–whether on pay-per-view or via the WWE Network–would be especially excited about seeing a five-hour wrestling event extended even longer by musical guests.
But hey, let me know if you’re out there in the comments, or on Facebook! WWE wouldn’t keep promoting musical guests if there was literally no one interested, right? Right? Help me out here, guys. I’m desperate for answers.
