We’ve been waiting for the Wyatt Family to turn in on itself for a very long time. But this isn’t quite what we expected.
Rather than Randy Orton making the turn against his newfound brethren, Luke Harper found himself exiled from the family on a recent SmackDown and suddenly on the side of the good guys. Now it seems he’s facing off against the Family everywhere he can.
Harper has been going one-on-one against Bray Wyatt on the house show circuit, and it seems inevitable that these matches will soon become part of the TV storylines. It seems that Bray’s set to come out on top in this contest, but it’s impressive to see Luke finally getting a face run.
The video below is from a show in Grand Forks, North Dakota, and it seems that a similar match also took place in Winnipeg this week.
With Bray and Randy likely to collide at WrestleMania, Luke is likely to be the fall guy for both men as they get set for a match on a huge stage. But Harper’s good–remember his Intercontinental Championship run? We’d love to see a bit more from him in singles action, especially as a face.
