It’s not easy being the Beast. I mean, you’ve got a reputation to uphold, right? Then along comes some returning legend to beat you clean in under two minutes. What’s up with that?
Then, on top of that loss, said legend even goes and costs you the Royal Rumble match in even less time. You’re Brock Lesnar! You defeated the Undertaker at WrestleMania! You beat the crap out of John Cena in a one-sided squash! Two stunning losses to the same old guy? That’s just not cool.
So Lesnar was set to take out his aggressions at a Salt Lake City house show, where he took on the Big Show in a singles match.
The result? An expected quick victory for Lesnar. But Big Show managed to get some solid offense in–in fact, it was pretty one-sided for the most part. That is, until Lesnar managed to hit the F5.
This is, oddly enough, payoff for another untelevised angle, where Lesnar laid the beatdown on Big Show after Raw earlier in the week.

By this writer’s count, the last time Big Show and Lesnar faced off was at the 2014 Royal Rumble, where a short, brutal beating saw the Beast victorious a few months ahead of his shocking WrestleMania moment.
