It’s been rumored for ages, and those rumors got a lot stronger in the past few weeks–but they are rumors no more. Lucha Underground has finally made it to Netflix.

It features all 39 episodes of season 1, and all 26 episodes of season 2. Season 3 is still broadcasting on television, and is currently in the midst of a significant midseason break. No word on if or when further episodes will be added.

If you’re not familiar with Lucha Underground–and who could blame you, given its presence on the relatively obscure El Rey Network–it’s basically wrestling produced as if it were a normal TV show. You’ve got fast-paced matches lucha matches interspersed with slickly recorded backstage segments made with Hollywood production values.

The show is produced in collaboration with Mexico’s AAA promotion, and even features some names you’ll recognize from WWE and the American independent scene, including Rey Mysterio, Alberto el Patron, Joey Ryan, and John Morrison.

Lucha Underground 9/14/16: WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION MATCH

It’s a very cool program, and one that’s not quite like any other wrestling show you’ve seen. It’s worth starting from the beginning and just watching through. Some erupting backstage drama might limit the show’s future, but these first two seasons have some awesome action.
