It’s time for that old WrestleMania shuffle. You know how WWE loves to change their minds, and that goes even for their biggest show of the year. Matches get shuffled around, winners change last-minute, and everything’s subject to change until it’s on-air.
The SmackDown Women’s Championship match was advertised for the main show, then the Kickoff, and now it’s back on the main card again. As part of the pre-show it was advertised as a “six-pack challenge,” but current materials are non-specific about the match type.
We’ve heard rumors connecting this match to any number of surprise appearances this year, so it getting bumped to the pre-show even temporarily was certainly unexpected.
After people started to notice that the contest was scheduled for the main card again, Becky Lynch acknowledged the change.
You spoke up. You're awesome. Thank you . #WrestleMania

The match, as currently advertised, will see Alexa Bliss defend the title against Naomi, Becky Lynch, Mickie James, Carmella, and Natalya. Will it be a six-pack challenge? Will anyone else end up in the match? Will it move back and forth from the Kickoff show eight more times before it airs? Who knows!
The Kickoff show will stay play host to Neville vs. Austin Aries for the Cruiserweight Championship, and the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal. For now, at least.
