WWE’s “Saturday Morning Slam” may be canceled for good. The kid-friendly Saturday morning program is no longer listed as an active show on WWE.com. Also, the Fall television season has begun and zero episodes have aired.
According to the Wrestling Observer, creative differences between network the program aired on, CW, and WWE officials are to blaim. CW executives reportedly wanted the WWE to change the program’s format from taped matches to a news magazine, one similar to NBA Inside Stuff. Apparently that was the end of the relationship between the two companies at the moment.
