WWE merchandise, as sold on WWEShop.com, has seen a rise in sales numbers. WWEShop.com was pulling 867 orders-per-day, but have now risen to an average of 1,200 orders-per-day, claims the Wrestling Observer Newsletter.
The cause of this 38.4% increase in online merchandise sales is uncertain, but web traffic to WWE.com could be a possible reason. The number of unique WWE.com visitors has increased 74.3% in just a little over a year. In April of 2013, the official website of WWE saw 18.3 million unique visitors. So far in 2014, the site has seen 31.9 million, which is said to be directly related to the launch of the WWE Network.
John Cena remains the company’s top merchandise seller, with Daniel Bryan just behind him at live events, and CM Punk still flying high in the online merchandise department. Sheep masks and Goldust masks have seemingly been flying off of the shelves in the arenas and online. Just recently, the company had to put Wyatt Family inspired sheep masks on back-order, and fans had to wait up to 6-8 weeks to receive their mask.

Good to see WWE merch doing well. When’s the new Dean Ambrose “I’m NUTS!” t-shirt going to drop?
