According to new reports, WWE CEO Vince McMahon has reportedly already booked six matches for WrestleMania 32, which will take place at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas on April 3, 2016. As previously reported, McMahon and company will look to book huge match-ups to try and sell out the stadium, equipped with house-hold names such as Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, The Undertaker, Triple H, and Sting.

Dave Meltzer of F4Wonline.com claims that McMahon already has at least six bouts penciled, if not penned, down for the card. While some outside influences may throw a wrench in McMahon’s plans, he is actively trying to secure these matches in stone for the event.

It’s notable that Daniel Bryan is not in consideration for WrestleMania 32, as the company doesn’t even know if he’ll be able to ever wrestle again. Also notable is that the assumed Undertaker vs. Sting bout teased mercilessly by WWE over the last 10 months isn’t being considered for WrestleMania.

He writes,

“Vince McMahon already has the top of the card in his head six matches deep for next year’s WrestleMania. We don’t know much about it other than Bryan isn’t figured in because right now there is no telling if or when he’ll be wrestling again.

The other match we’re told right now is not happening is Undertaker vs. Sting. At this point Vince is negative on the match. I’m not sure why exactly. As far as thing stand right now in WWE, Sting is not a retired wrestler and there are plans for him, so it’s not like WrestleMania was a one-and-done. Sting is also a possibility for the Hall of Fame, maybe a very good one, given that he lives near Dallas.

Cena’s match for next year is said to be almost a lock, but I don’t know what it is. The main event is either Rock & Rousey vs. HHH & Stephanie, or two singles, or just Rock vs. HHH. It’s a weird situation, and one that Vince can’t really like, that Rock and Dana White are actually in more control of the main event than Vince and HHH, even though it’s HHH’s match.

Not sure where Lesnar fits in but obviously his match is also figured in. They’ve protected Lesnar ever since HHH beat him (with the idea that it set up a third match between the two), so Reigns beating Lesnar would still be the ultimate win to kick off Reigns as the top star on paper.

In reality, that’s a tough deal because Reigns will be booed heavily against Lesnar unless they’re able to manipulate the crowd, and kicking off the super face run by being booed out of the building in the title win and having the crowd reject it isn’t the best dynamic.

But the current Wyatt “Anyone but you” program could be that Wyatt’s role against Reigns will be the long-term career adversary who tries to keep Reigns from getting the title, even if Reigns beats him over and over again in their singles matches.”

WWE has apparently already contacted WWE Hall of Famer Shawn Michaels to appear in some capacity, as well as WWE Hall of Famer “Stone Cold” Steve Austin. It will be interesting to see how the company books the “biggest WrestleMania of all time” between now and April 3.

Editor’s Note:

Hmmm…veeeeedddy interesting.
