Kevin Nash is all but confirmed to be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame as Diesel on March 28. As previously reported, Nash is expected to be included in the WWE Hall of Fame class of 2015, and should be announced on Monday, March 23 as the final inductee.
WWE is planning on revealing its final inductee into the 2015 class on Monday, March 23. Much like every other announcement, fans will likely find out through a leaked report from WWE to TMZ.com early Monday morning saying “Big Daddy Cool” Diesel will be the final inductee into the WWE Hall of Fame Class of 2015.
Diesel, or Kevin Nash, has long been rumored for this year’s class of inductees. However, an arrest in Dec. of 2014 almost ruined WWE’s plan completely. Nash was hit with a couple of charges stemming from an altercation with his son that turned physical. However, the charges against were eventually thrown out, and nothing came of the arrest.
Nash will more than likely be entering the WWE Hall of Fame as Diesel in 2015, as WWE owns the rights to that name. Much like how Nash’s good friend Scott Hall went into the WWE Hall of Fame as “Razor Ramon,” Nash will likely be inducted by Kliq associate, and WWE Hall of Famer, Shawn Michaels, and he will probably be inducted again with Hall and WWE Hall of Famer Hulk Hogan as the “nWo” in the near future.
More proof of Nash being inducted as Diesel has come in the form of a leaked photo of what appears to be an official WWE licensed t-shirt that says “Diesel Power.” Much like the re-created Razor Ramon shirt that WWE sold during WrestleMania XXX weekend for Scott Hall’s induction, WWE will likely be selling the following t-shirt at the WrestleMania Axxess store the weekend of March 29.
Editor’s Note:
BOOM! I called that he’d go in as Diesel AND that they’d re-create one of his Diesel designs for a shirt like they did with Hall’s in 2014 during the March 16 edition of “Wrestle REACTION,” which you can watch in full here.
