WWE Hall of Famer Jim Ross recently added a new blog post to his official website, JRsBarBQ.com. Ross uses the blog to share his thoughts on the “Royal Rumble go-home” edition of “Monday Night Raw,” and even goes as far as to say that his favorite to win the 2014 Royal Rumble Match is Batista.
On the subject of Batista returning, his involvement in the 2014 Royal Rumble Match, and what kind of presence “The Animal” will have at WrestleMania XXX, Ross says,
“Good to See Batista back as Dave physically looked great and got a welcoming reaction back to the show.
Batista is my favorite to win the Rumble Match this Sunday in Pittsburgh on PPV.
One could assume that a major talent like Batista will have a huge role in NOLA at WM30.”
Ross also claims that he felt like Daniel Bryan should have had a bigger impact on the Jan. 20 edition of “Monday Night Raw” after the Jan. 13 episode ended with Bryan receiving “Austin-esq” praise. Ross says,
“It seemed as if Daniel Bryan could have had a higher profile role on RAW based on how RAW left the air last week.”
