A new video posted by WWE super-fan “Brock Lesnar Guy” has become popular on Social Media. The video reveals a segment in which former Intercontinental Champion Dolph Ziggler superkicks Michael Cole following “Monday Night Raw.”
During the Nov. 24 edition of “RAW,” the main even saw Ziggler and John Cena defeat the fan-voted tag team of Seth Rollins, Jamie Noble, and Joey Mercury. Following the bout, the all-too-familiar “e-mail” tone assigned to the infamous “Anonymous RAW General Manager” tolled, and Cole proceeded to the GM’s podium to announce that the Anonymous GM would return to “Monday Night Raw” on Dec. 1.
The Anonymous RAW General Manager angle originally ran in 2011-12, and was considered to be a fail amongst many in the WWE Universe. After an almost two-year build, the angle was scrapped without explanation, only to then be brought back up on a late 2012 edition of the WWE’s flagship program. Hornswoggle was revealed to be the man behind the computer, as he was making the General Manger decisions on a laptop underneath the ring.
The episode went of the air with Cole standing at the podium while the email tone rang non-stop throughout the arena, and the fan’s wanted Cole’s head for it. They would soon get their wish, as the dark segment saw Ziggler and Cena invite Cole into the ring, only to have his jaw relocated by the foot of the Show Off.
“Brock Lesnar Guy” uploaded footage of this dark segment onto his Instagram account, which you can watch below.
Editor’s Note:
Good. This should happen to Cole during the show…every week…on camera.
