A new report from PWInsider.com has provided details regarding Big Show’s upcoming return. As previously reported, Show has not been seen on WWE television since WWE’s “Extreme Rules” Pay-Per-View in April, where he lost a Last Man Standing to Roman Reigns.
Show has been reportedly ready to return to WWE TV for some time now. However, WWE Creative has been waiting for the perfect way to bring the Authority’s resident giant back into the fold.
According to PWInsider.com, Show has re-joined the WWE crew and talent on the road. He was backstage during “Elimination Chamber” in Corpus Christi, Texas, and will continue to be backstage during both “Monday Night Raw” and tapings for “Smackdown” on Tuesday, June 2.
There is no word on whether Show will return to WWE television on June 1 during “RAW,” but The Authority is threatening Dean Ambrose to return the WWE World Heavyweight Championship to Seth Rollins at the beginning of the broadcast, or else. Show has been rumored to be returning to be added muscle against Ambrose and Reigns (his last opponent) during the show.
Editor’s Note:
Looks like we may get another tag team bout with Show involved over the next couple of days. Guess we’ll have to watch and see.
