According to new reports, Daniel Bryan’s return may not happen until late Spring in 2015. As previously reported, Bryan may have to undergo Tommy John surgery, which will push the time-frame for his return back farther back. Recently, it was reported that Bryan may not need the procedure and he could possibly be working for WWE again around December or January, just in time for the “Road to WrestleMania” push, but if Bryan has to go under the knife once more, he may not be ready until WrestleMania 31 or later.
F4wonline.com is reporting that Bryan is still not regaining strength in his arm, which is a contradicting report to news spread about the former WWE World Heavyweight Champion several weeks ago. It was believed that Bryan was indeed gaining strength in his arm and that he would not need a second surgery. However, the new reports claim Bryan has plateaued in his recovery and the surgery may be necessary.
In August, news of a second surgery made its way online, predicting Bryan would be out until early 2015. Bryan initially wanted to have the operation done in August so that his return wouldn’t be hindered any longer than need be, but doctors thought he didn’t actually need the procedure at that time. Word is with their diagnosis changing, Bryan will be out-of-action at least until late Spring of next year.
Editor’s Note:
This has to be SUPER frustrating for the YES man. WrestlingRumors.net continues to wish Bryan a speedy and FULL recovery so that he can get back to doing what he does best, entertaining everyone with his ring work.
