WWE Hall of Famer Bret Hart recently joined Hallie Cotnam of CBC Ottawa’s, “Ottawa Morning.” During his appearance on the program, Bret Hart opens up about the death of Owen Hart, his fallen brother, his involvement with WWE and appearances on television, what returning to Ottawa meant to him, and more.

Hart discussed the tragic death of his brother Owen, mentioning whether or not he blames Vince McMahon and WWE for his passing or not. He said,

“It was really difficult to get my head around, and it obviously had a very devastating affect on my whole family at home. My dad never was the same after that. But I also know that the reality of what happened with my brother Owen was that it was just an accident. And it took awhile to realize that, for me, but knowing that it was an accident I could live with it a little easier. I really didn’t blame Vince or the company, I may have at the time, and said a lot of things, but years after it happened I accepted what happened and I was okay with it.”
