Recent tweets from former NWA champion and TNA Gut Check competitor Adam Pearce are teasing that he may be behind IMPACT WRESTLING’s “August 1 Warning” cryptic videos. Pearce was recently part of TNA’s Gut Check Challenge this past Spring, defeating Magno on April 4th. He was eliminated from the competition the following week. His elimination from the contest could be the “problem” that Pearce needs to address Thursday night on IMPACT WRESTLING, if he is indeed Mr. August 1 Warning.

Pearce sent this tweet out via his official Twitter account before the first “August 1 Warning” hit TNA’s official YouTube page,

An article published Monday night on the IMPACT WRESTLING website discusses who may be behind the videos and claims that Pearce could very well be that man. In response to this article, the following tweet was posted on the official “August 1 Warning” Twitter account ,

The article posted at IMPACTWRESTLING.com eliminates former WWE superstar Bob Holly as the unknown man in the videos, while the latest cryptic vignette released also claims that Mr. August 1 Warning is not former WWE Champion Batista either. While everything is purely speculation as to who this mystery man is, Pearce does seem to be a likely candidate. Tune in to IMPACT WRESTLING LIVE! Thursday night at 9pmET on Spike TV to find out who the “August 1 Warning” man really is.
