It’s back. WWE announced that it is bringing back its Bad Blood Premium Live Event; the announcement was made on social media by Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes and hip-hop artist Metro Boomin.

You can see the announcement video below:

This year’s event will take place in Atlanta on October 5, at the State Farm arena.

There have been 3 previous iterations of Bad Blood. The most famous was the inaugural event in 1997, in which Shawn Michaels and The Undertaker battled in the first Hell in a Cell match. That event also featured the debut of Kane, the brother of The Undertaker.

The other two events took place in 2003 and 2004 and featured Triple H competing in Hell in a Cell matches. In 2003 he battled Kevin Nash, and in 2004 he took on Shawn Michaels.

Editor’s Opinion:

Bad Blood is one of the most famous pay-per-views of all time, and WWE bringing it back is a very cool idea! With everything that is happening with The Bloodline, CM Punk, Drew McIntyre, and other superstars in the company, there are plenty of opportunities for intense battles at the show. If there isn’t a Hell in a Cell match on the show, I will be shocked.
