Her influence spreads. According to a report from PWInsider, Tenille Dashwood has left Impact Wrestling. There was no official announcement about her departure, but her profile is no longer listed on the company’s website.
Dashwood’s final match came against Marsha Slamovich on the July 14, 2022, episode of Impact in a losing effort. The report states that her contract expired, and she decided not to re-sign with the company.
Because of this, rumors are beginning to surface that Dashwood may return to WWE, where she performed as Emma from 2011-17. The rumors are saying that with Vince McMahon in charge, she wouldn’t be able to thrive, but that may change now that Triple H is running the show. She got her start in NXT when he was in charge of the developmental program.
It should be noted that Dashwood is dating current WWE superstar Madcap Moss, so that may play a role in her future decisions.
Editor’s Opinion:
If this rumor is true, it would be a great addition to the WWE roster. She has several years of experience in the business, and I always felt she didn’t get the opportunities she should have while with the company. She reinvented herself in both Ring of Honor and Impact Wrestling, and I think she could be an integral part of whichever brand she ended up on!
