Rumor: Donovan Dijak Signing With NXT?

Donovan Dijak joins the New Age Insiders for a HUGE announcement!

Another major independent name may be making his way to NXT.

According to a report from the New Age Insiders, independent superstar Donovan Dijak may be transitioning his way to NXT. He hinted at this rumor on an exclusive interview that he recently conducted with them.

Dijak is most known for his time in Ring of Honor, where he was the winner of the 2015 “Top Prospect” tournament. He announced his departure from the company on February 12 of this year, via Twitter, leading many to speculate where his future may lie.

Prior to ROH, Dijak competed for Chaotic Wrestling, where he won the Heavyweight Championship in October 2014.

According to a report from the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Dijak had an offer from WWE in January 2017. However, the company pulled the contract offer due to a threat of legal action from ROH.

I have to admit that I don’t know much about this guy, but the people who I have talked to that have seen him work say that he is incredible. If this is true, then I have no doubt that he will fit in very well in NXT, and I can’t wait to see him work!
