WWE superstar Cesaro was recently interviewed by FoxSports.com Australia where he spoke about a number of topics. In the interview, he talks about his diet, his exercise regiment, life on the road, and more.
DIET
“I always bring a post-workout protein shake with me and some cereal for the mornings.”
“There’s a place called Chipotle in the US, it’s Mexican food where everything is made to order; you can get some rice black beans and meat.”
“That’s what I eat three times a day.”
TRAVEL TAKES A TOLL
“We started the day in San Francisco and went to the gym around 2pm.”
“We caught the plane at 6pm to Los Angeles and landed at 8pm. Then took the flight from Los Angeles to Brisbane at 11pm and landed at 6am in Brisbane.”
“We went to the hotel and, because I was still awake, I went to the gym, then back to the hotel from the gym around 2pm, took a nap until 4pm, then went to eat.”
“Went to the show in Brisbane, then ate again after the show. It was midnight at this point and were back up at 7am and at the airport at 8am to fly to Melbourne.”
“I didn’t have time to go to the gym that day.”
WORKING OUT
“When I travel it’s hard.”
“I try to work out whenever I can. Right now I’m working out about four days a week at a minimum and that’s split up into different days — push and pull and leg days.”
“I’m always changing it up and trying different stuff all the time because if your body gets used to something it tries to make it easier, so you always need to make it as hard as possible.”

Editor’s Note:
Whatever Cesaro is doing, he needs to keep doing it. There is no doubt that he is at the pinnacle of his career right now, and hopefully we will see him get a World Championship run before his time in WWE is over.
