As we head into the Oct. 6 edition of “Monday Night Raw” later tonight in Brooklyn, WWE Intercontinental Champion Dolph Ziggler may have to work the show without his (original) belt in tow.
As Ziggler revealed on his personal Twitter account (@HEELZiggler), United Airlines lost his bag containing the championship gold.
hope @united gets me my bag for #RAW um, anyone in Brooklyn sell replica intercontinental titles? asking for a friend ????

He later made a joke about how Vince McMahon should consider using a hologram to make up for the loss.
um @VinceMcMahon Holograms are so in: Michael Jackson, Tu Pac, etc #RAW should do that with intercontinental title tonight ???? @united

Ziggler regained the WWE Intercontinental Championship by defeating the Miz on Sept. 22, nearly 24 hours after losing it on the “Night of Champions” pay-per-view.
Editor’s Note
And this is one of the main reasons why I don’t enjoy flying. Airlines these days are so flimsy with peoples bags.
