Shad Gaspard and JTG, formerly known as Cryme Tyme with World Wrestling Entertainment, are now free to reunite on the independent circuit after JTG was released by the company a little over a week ago.
The two recently caught up with TMZ.com outside of a Gold’s gym in Venice to tease their return as a tag team and why they need to change their name (if every so slightly) in the process.
Shad then took to Twitter to tease fans with a potential TNA run somewhere down the road.
Yo @Jtg1284 do you have @TNADixie number? Maybe @TMZ does and can tell her the news http://t.co/erJ0TD64nT

As one would assume, JTG would have to run out his no-compete clause before being allowed to work for TNA IMPACT Wrestling.
Their last match together was against John Morrison and R-Truth on an episode of “Friday Night SmackDown” in 2010.
Editor’s Note
Crime Time would undoubtedly add some depth to the TNA roster should they join the fold. They’re charismatic and solid in-ring workers, but it would smell of desperation on Dixie Carter’s part, as is the case with most of the other moves she’s made in the past.
