After a nearly two-month hiatus, “The Viper” Randy Orton is back competing inside the squared circle for World Wrestling Entertainment.
He returned to action during a WWE Live Event at Madison Square Garden on Dec. 26, defeating Kane in a short match. He later appeared during the John Cena vs. Seth Rollins Street Fight main event to dispose of Kane again, who had interfered on Rollins’ behalf.
It was announced the following night at The Nassau Coliseum that Orton had suffered an injury at MSG and would not be competing in the main event for that show. It was subsequently changed to John Cena vs. Seth Rollins and Kane in a Handicap Street Fight.
It appears that the injury was merely a work as Orton made his presence felt during the ending of the bout to help Cena.

According to several local advertisements, Orton will be appearing during the Dec. 29 edition of “Monday Night Raw,” although it’s not yet confirmed whether he’ll be working with Kane in a televised angle.
Editor’s Note
Glad to see Orton back in the WWE limelight. Television could use his star power.
