According to a report by PWInsider.com, “The World’s Strongest Man” Mark Henry is backstage at the Prudential Center in Newark for “Monday Night Raw” tonight.

Plans are set for the 43-year-old to return to television and be pushed right into storylines, possibly as a contender for the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal at WrestleMania 31.

Dave Meltzer of The Wrestling Observer Newsletter noted how Henry has lost a lot of weight since the last time fans have seen him. That was apparent when he appeared at a SiriusXM event in far better shape.

Henry last competed at the Nov. 24 edition of “Raw” in a losing effort against Ryback.

He was also a member of Team Authority at “Survivor Series” against Team Cena, being the first member eliminated.

Editor’s Note

Henry looks fantastic. No confirmation yet on if he’ll be in the Battle Royal, but because of his size and WWE probably not looking to push any more singles angles heading into the pay-per-view, you could probably bet the house that he’ll be involved.
