World Wrestling Entertainment can’t be too happy with Daniel Bryan’s recent comments.
He then recommended fans to make their own shirts, rather than spend their money on overpriced WWEShop.com gear (which he implied). The official Wizard World Twitter account then gave a retweet to the former WWE World Heavyweight Champion’s comments:
“Buying @WWE shirts can be hard for a family. I’ve been poor. Make your own shirt, I’d love that.” @WWEDanielBryan pic.twitter.com/acY8bmA5AJ

Bryan than followed up with a tweet of his own:
I would love this to be the new trend. https://t.co/Zkh0DlQCVG — Daniel Bryan (@WWEDanielBryan) August 21, 2015
He also indicated that he’d be ready to compete at WWE “SummerSlam” if doctors would clear him to wrestle. Unfortunately, the only way he’ll get back in the ring is if WWE’s medical staff allow him to do so. If Bryan had things his way, he wouldn’t be sitting on the sidelines like he is right now.
Editor’s Note
When you’re in the business of making money like WWE is, you obviously don’t want one of your top stars telling the public to NOT spend money on your products or merchandise.
