Buzzfeed Community Ranks Every Match in WrestleMania History

In what can only be described as an enormous undertaking on his behalf, Buzzfeed Community member Mike Chin recently ranked every single match in the history of WrestleMania; all 287 of them.

The piece itself was upwards of 68,000 words and is drawing tremendous buzz (no pun intended) for its length and attention to detail.

Jerry Lawler vs. Michael Cole with Steve Austin as the special guest referee from WrestleMania 27 was ranked dead last at No. 287.

Here’s a quick look at which matches cracked the Top 10:

10) Shawn Michaels vs. Ric Flair at WrestleMania 24

9) Hulk Hogan vs. The Rock at WrestleMania 18

8) Ricky Steamboat vs. Randy Savage at WrestleMania 3

Editor’s Note

I can only imagine the amount of time it must have taken to complete a piece of this nature. It’s obvious that he’s passionate about wrestling and the history of WrestleMania, but this is just nuts.

I don’t necessarily agree with his choice of The Ultimate Warrior vs. Randy Savage as being the greatest match in WrestleMania history, but it’s his opinion and he’s entitled to it.

Personally, I would have gone with his No. 2 choice of The Undertaker vs. Shawn Michaels, but to each their own.
