During the beginning of 2014, the five marquee matches for WrestleMania XXX were reportedly set. However, after CM Punk walked out on WWE, in addition to the negative crowd reaction for the Royal Rumble pay-per-view, the card has been up in the air, with many different scenarios being discussed.

According to F4WOnline, WWE is going to let things unfold for a little bit before finalizing its plans for professional wrestling’s biggest spectacle. Over the unknown time period, WWE will be reconsidering its current plan for the event based on two factors. In addition to gauging the crowd reaction over time, WWE will also analyze its business over the coming weeks in order to make any major and final decisions that remain.

The most-recent changes that have surfaced regarding the pay-per-view have revolved around matches for Daniel Bryan, Roman Reigns, and Triple H. Due to consideration of placing Daniel Bryan in a Triple Threat match for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship, instead of Bryan going one-on-one with WWE COO Triple H, Roman Reigns would take his place and take on the “King of Kings.”

WrestleMania XXX will take place on April 6 live from the Mercedes-Benz Superdome in New Orleans, La. The event will be the first pay-per-view broadcast live on the WWE Network, which launches on Feb. 24, shortly after “Monday Night Raw.”
