Coming off of a Super Bowl championship, New England Patriots star Rob Gronkowski has been making the most of an enjoyable offseason. “Gronk” is good friends with NXT star Mojo Rawley, and the two were recently hanging out a few days ago. On April 12, the duo created a stir on social media when the three-time All-Pro tight end posted a video of he and Rawley cutting a promo together.

Jimmy Traina of FoxSports.com recently caught up with Gronkowski. Within the interview, the aforementioned teaser of Gronk coming to NXT was brought up.
Gronk talked about potentially making an appearance with Rawley in WWE, later going on to say he would love to get in the ring or be a manager:
“My boy Mojo Rawley is in the WWE’s NXT and he just got back from an injury, so he’s about to start amping it up again and he’s doing a great job. He’s my boy and he’s killing it. I love watching him. We were just chilling and we cut a promo together and we had a blast. I can definitely see something in the future. Hopefully Mojo Rawley starts wrestling a lot and starts doing what he has to do and makes it to “Monday Night Raw”, if my boy is there, I’m there for an appearance.”
