According to Wrestling Observer Newsletter, NXT star Alexander Rusev is said to be a lock for WWE’s main roster at some point down the road. The “Bulgarian Powerhouse” of the promotion was included in WWE.com’s first edition of NXT power rankings.

Standing over six feet tall and over 300 pounds, the twenty-seven year-old definitely has the strength to be in favor with the company. Alexander Rusev recently worked with WWE superstar Dolph Ziggler in July of 2013 during a taping of NXT. Rusev’s loss to Ziggler would introduce a new gimmick for Rusev, which involved snapping a piece of wood with his opponent’s name written on it prior to his matches.
