Even though Daniel Bryan did not appear on the April 14 edition of “Monday Night Raw” due to his honeymoon, the “Yes Movement” failed to stop for that night. The Pittsburgh Pirates of Major League Baseball kept the movement going in their game against the Cincinnati Reds.
Throughout the six innings of the game that were played before play was suspended due to rain, 10 home runs were hit. Six of the home runs were hit by the Pirates, and they came in three series of back-to-back home runs from the “Buccos.” In fact, the duo of second baseman Neil Walker and first baseman Gaby Sanchez went back-to-back twice in the game, a rarity in a MLB game.
During the opening series of the young 2014 season for the Pirates, the team’s fans brought the “Yes” chants to PNC Park, the location of all Pirates home games. Now, on April 14, it seems that the team has bought into the “Yes Movement.” After each of their six home runs throughout the night, the Pirates’ dugout performed “Yes” chants, saluting their teammate who hit the blast.
Below is a video from Drew Brown on YouTube, chronicling the Pittsburgh Pirates Yes Movement:

If you’re a fan of MLB, this is yet another reason to root for the Pittsburgh Pirates. Not only are they an underdog, just like Daniel Bryan once was, they’re on the rise, poised to shine in October once again.
