In preparation for “Smackdown” tapings on Feb. 17, WWE star Bray Wyatt was interviewed by Fort Lauderdale radio station Gater 98.7. “Smackdown” comes to the city and its BB&T Center on that Tuesday. At one point during the interview, Wyatt was inquired about his continued cryptic promos, which likely point to The Undertaker.
Wyatt would not flat out say that his promos are about The Undertaker, when the name was brought up:
“Sometimes things are better left unsaid. Who knows exactly where I’m going with this whole thing. I like to leave little clues, but as far as where I’m going with some of these things, I like to encourage people to dive a little bit deeper into that too.”
Continuing, Wyatt surprisingly said that he hasn’t seen fans pick up on the things he has been saying:
“I find it a little bit sad that some people haven’t picked up some of the things I’ve put down for them.”
Be sure to listen to the entire interview between Gater 98.7 and Bray Wyatt, here.
Editor’s Note
Really interesting. I wonder what Wyatt believes the WWE Universe hasn’t picked up on. Is there any chance that Wyatt isn’t referencing The Undertaker? Perhaps Wyatt just wanted to avoid mentioning Taker in the interview.
