The Las Vegas Review Journal spoke with Charlotte Flair and Bayley prior to this past Tuesday’s Mae Young Classic finals, and the two former champions talked about how ex-UFC star Ronda Rousey will do if she joins WWE.

Charlotte Flair:

“I think it’s awesome how much intrigue people have with crossing over with Ronda Rousey and her being involved with WWE, and if anything, it just puts more eyes on the women’s division as a whole, and I think that’s extremely exciting. But, Ronda, you can find me every Tuesday at SmackDown Live.

“What we do is very different, but obviously she has the toughness and the athletic ability, and if this is something that she wanted to try then absolutely (she could do it).”

Bayley:

“If she wants to come in, that’s fine, I’m sure she’ll be great because she’s an athlete and she’s unbelievable. But, we’ve been here holding it down, so she’s gonna have to go through us first.”

Charlotte, Bayley and Becky Lynch on how Ronda Rousey would do in the WWE

Prior to the Mae Young Classic finals, many believed that WWE would do an angle on the show which would lead to an MMA Horsewomen vs. WWE Horsewomen match at Survivor Series, but they obviously held off on doing the angle.

According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, the two possible opponents for a Ronda Rousey singles match are Charlotte Flair and Stephanie McMahon.
