It seems like TNA is losing at least one big talent every week now. Just yesterday, the company saw Angelina Love leave the company shortly after having a baby.
Last week, TNA granted the release to Bobby Roode and Eric Young, who were both two of TNA’s most experienced guys on their roster.
It was revealed that both Roode and Young left the company due to financial reasons, and now they’re both looking for other opportunities in the industry, but there is only one place that almost everyone thought of immediately.
There has been a lot of speculation that both men, who are also very good friends in real life, will be signing with WWE and report to NXT or WWE’s main roster shortly after Wrestlemania.
According to Dave Meltzer on today’s edition of Wrestling Observer Radio, WWE officials have spoken to both men through an intermediary about coming to the company since their releases from TNA last week.
The rumors are claiming to the surprise of many that WWE is actually more interested in Eric Young than they are in Bobby Rodde. That doesn’t mean both men wouldn’t sign, but it could be about the money it would take to sign Roode.
