Whenever a once successful WWE Superstar is released by the company, it’s a popular question of many wrestling fans if they’re headed for TNA Wrestling or another promotion.

For example, Cody Rhodes, Damien Sandow, and Wade Barrett were some of the biggest names that were released a few weeks ago. Is TNA interested in signing any of those guys now that they’re free agents?

TNA President Dixie Carter recently did an interview with Sportskeeda.com about that very issue. During the interview, she discussed TNA’s dynamic with India, and how she would feel about former WWE stars coming to WWE.

You can read the full interview with Dixie Carter right here. Below is what she had to say about the current free agent pool of the industry:

Are you looking at any recently released former WWE guys?

Yes, there are some great talent on the market right now, and there hasn’t been for a while. So, I think that there are some big opportunities for us to see if a couple of names that are available fit with what we’re trying to do right now. You know, great in-ring product, great personality and ability to show, to have big characters and we’re very excited about that.”
