On this week’s edition of Monday Night Raw, Shane McMahon returned to WWE to challenge Vince McMahon for control of WWE. In response, a match has been set for Shane to face The Undertaker in a Hell in a Cell match at Wrestlemania.
There are a lot of angles to this situation, and a lot of them depend on The Undertaker character. Fortunately, we’re not going to have to wait long very long to see how The Deadman will fit into this situation.
It was revealed during tonight’s Smackdown tapings in Nashville that The Undertaker will return to WWE during next week’s edition of Monday Night Raw.
There is no word what The Deadman will be doing on the show, or if Shane McMahon will be appearing on next week’s show and confronting Undertaker about their Wrestlemania match.
Where The Undertaker stands in this situation is going to play a major role in making this feud work because on paper, it’s going to be a booking nightmare unless WWE finds a way to ensure that his legacy isn’t harmed by being in a match with a non-wrestler.
As much as everything changed during this week’s episode of Raw, things are only going to be more interesting after Raw next week as we get closer to the grandest stage of them all.
Do you think The Undertaker is going to align with The Authority?
