The early word regarding the main event of WrestleMania 35 next year is a huge match between Charlotte Flair and Ronda Rousey will close the show. Obviously, nothing has been written in stone and a lot can change. However, recent betting odds were updated and revealed some interesting possibilities about Daniel Bryan’s WrestleMania match.
According to new odds from Skybet, Daniel Bryan is featured in more rumored matches than anyone else. There’s an 8 to 1 odds that Bryan will wrestle Roman Reigns, a 12 to 1 chance he will wrestle The Miz, AJ Styles, or Shinsuke Nakamura. Finally, there’s a 25 to 1 chance that Daniel Bryan will wrestle Brock Lesnar on the grandest stage of them all.

Even if WrestleMania 35 wasn’t 10 months away, there’s too much up in the air about Bryan’s WWE future to pencil him in for anything beyond Summerslam. A recent report has claimed that he’s currently negotiating a new deal with the company and has asked for a reasonable amount of creative control. That’s a major thing to ask WWE officials.
It’s also been reported that WWE officials refuse to push Bryan into a top position until he proves he can stay healthy and signs a long-term deal. There are tentative plans for him to face The Miz at Summerslam, but that’s as far as WWE’s creative plans are going.

Obviously, betting odds almost a year out aren’t reliable. Those odds are assuming he’s going to re-sign with WWE and still be with the company next April. In all likelihood, that will be the cause. However, it’s going to be some time before WWE officials start to cement their plans for WrestleMania 35.
