It has been rumored for awhile that Mark Henry could be on the very last run of his career. “The World’s Strongest Man” has had a great career and he deserves to end his career on his terms.
Recently, Henry spoke with GuideLive.com to promote WrestleMania 32 and he gave his opinion on the event being held in his home state of Texas and the possibility of this year’s Wrestlemania being his last.
You can read the full interview right here. Below are the highlights:
What does Henry think of Wrestlemania being held in Texas?
Henry: It’s a thrill like no other thrill outside of my kids being born. There’s nothing that compares to being on the stage at WrestleMania. I mean, it’s an unbelievable, almost overwhelming feeling. I’ve enjoyed being at double-digit WrestleMania’s in my career, and I’m just excited to be able to go to another one, especially in my home state. I’ve had the luxury and the pleasure of being in WrestleMania in Texas, being in Houston, now it’ll be awesome to come to AT&T Stadium and perform in front of 100,000 people.
Will this year’s Wrestlemania be this final?
Henry: I can’t speak for The Undertaker, but I’m hoping this will be a successful WrestleMania. It may be my last. I’m getting a little long in the tooth. I just want to be able to go out and have a good time if it is my last. I want to make an impression.
Do you think Mark Henry deserves to be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame someday?
