WWE Women's US Champion Chelsea Green Teases Becoming "The Diva Killer"

That could work. Women’s wrestling has come a very long way in the last few years, with WWE’s women going from little more than sideshow attractions to some of the most important parts of the company. There have been quite a few major names throughout the rise of women’s wrestling, many of whom have helped pave the way here. Now though, one of the modern stars wants to get rid of some of them.

WWE Women’s United States Champion Chelsea Green was recently interviewed by WittyWhittier and was asked about wanting to eliminate various WWE “Divas” from the upcoming women’s Royal Rumble. Green said that she would love to, as she could see herself becoming “The Diva Killer” and teased a Divas Only open challenge for a shot at her title. There is nothing to suggest that this will be taking place, though various guest stars do appear in the women’s Royal Rumble every year.

Opinion: This is where things can get a little interesting as Green getting to interact with some of the classic stars from the division could certainly be a lot of fun. If nothing else, Green is going to need something fresh to do after she gets done with her feud with Michin. For now though, this is at least fun to think about, even if it does not seem that likely to happen.
