WRESTLING RUMORS: WWE Planning First Time Ever Premium Live Event

New destination. WWE has been changing its international schedule over the last year with several new countries hosting Premium Live Events. This has been part of the company’s new strategy of holding such events outside of North America, which opens up the door to multiple new options. It can be a big deal for a country to get their first show and now we might be ready to see that again.

According to PWN on Twitter, WWE is likely to hold a Premium Live Event in Italy at some point in 2025. There is no word on what the event will be called or where/when it would be held. WWE has not announced any such event in Italy thus far. WWE has held Premium Live Events in Australia, Canada, France, Scotland and Saudi Arabia this year, along with the United States.

Opinion: This is the kind of thing that can be a lot of fun as you can see WWE go to a variety of different places that do not see such events very often. Hopefully WWE continues this trend and makes some of these places more regular stops. For now, the idea of WWE going to somewhere like Italy is a cool concept and now we might be seeing them do something like this even more often.
