The sequel. WWE presents a variety of shows throughout the year, many of which occur once a week. On occasion they will twist things up a bit with some specials which air on a less frequent basis. Those shows are the kind that often offer something a bit different than the usual and we will be seeing another next month. Now we might know when we will be seeing it again.

WWE has announced that Saturday Night’s Main Event will return on December 14 for the first time in over sixteen years. According to WrestleVotes, WWE will be airing another edition of the show on January 25, 2025. This would be one week before the 2025 Royal Rumble. WWE has yet to announce the show, but they are believed to be planning four editions of the show throughout the next year.

Opinion: That is quite the fast turnaround but the second episode is largely going to depend on how well the first one goes. At the end of the day, there is a lot to making a show work and that includes the interest the show can draw. Putting it that close to one of the biggest shows of the year is going to be a test though, and hopefully WWE has something planned to make it work.
