Jot it down. Over the last year plus, WWE has greatly expanded its major international events, with several Premium Live Events taking place outside of North America this year alone. There have been multiple countries seeing their first event either ever or at least in a very long time. That can make for a special moment and now we might be seeing a big match taking place on one of those shows.

According to WrestlePurists, the current plan for Bash In Berlin will see CM Punk facing Drew McIntyre in a strap match. This match was teased this week on Monday Night Raw when McIntyre and Punk both whipped the other with McIntyre’s belt. Punk later said it gave him an idea of how to prevent McIntyre from getting away from him. The match has yet to be announced for the show, which takes place on August 31 in Berlin, Germany.

This could be good. Check out how we got to this point:

Opinion: This isn’t much of a surprise if you watched this week’s Monday Night Raw, as Punk all but announced his idea live on the show. What matters is that the feud is still hot enough to warrant a rematch and we could be in for the two of them beating the fire out of each other on a major stage. I like the idea of the match and it fits their story well, which is a very good sign.
