That’s it again? There are all kinds of wrestling series taking place at any given time and it can be quite a lot to take in. With so much content out there and only a limited amount of time to watch it all, picking the right show is a difficult task. That task might get a little bit easier though, as one fairly long running weekly wrestling series might be going away in the near future.
IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: RUMOR: Vince McMahon Pitched Ideas For Roman Reigns And It Didn’t Go Well
Earlier this week, a report emerged suggesting that AEW would be dropping Dark: Elevation following the most recent episode. Now according to Andrew Zarian, both Dark: Elevation and Dark “have ended for the time being”. This is partially due to the introduction of Collision, as part of a new agreement for the show would see AEW programming airing exclusively on Warner Brothers Discovery television. Ring Of Honor would not be subject to such a rule and is not expected to change. There was no new edition of Dark this week.
AEW Dark and Dark Elevation have ended for the time being.
This in part has to do with AEW signing a new deal for AEW Collision to air on Saturdays.
Part of the new deal is that AEW Wrestling content will exclusively air on WBD.

The show was good! Check out some of AEW Dark’s better moments:
Opinion: This is something that pretty much had to be done, as there was no reason for Dark and Elevation to continue with both Ring Of Honor and Collision. At the end of the day, there is only so much time to film all of the shows and they can cover most of the same things without as much content. It makes sense for AEW to go this way, if nothing else to get rid of a few things that are taking place.
What do you think of the change? How would you put AEW’s schedule together? Let us know in the comments below.
