She’s down. Injuries are some of the worst things that can happen in wrestling as you never know when you are going to see a wrestler put out of action. Some of them can be absolutely devastating, as you might see a wrestler’s status changed out of nowhere. There is always the chance that it is part of a storyline though, and now we might be seeing something similar.

This week’s Monday Night Raw opened with Rhea Ripley challenging WWE Women’s World Champion Liv Morgan to a title match. Following a Dominik Mysterio distraction, Morgan attacked Ripley and tied her leg in the ropes. This resulted in Ripley spending most of the show on crutches but still managing to attack Morgan to end the night. There is no word on if Ripley is legitimately injured or if this is just a storyline.

Opinion: That’s a scary situation as you never want to see anyone get hurt, let alone one of the biggest stars in the company. While there is a chance that this is just part of the story between Ripley and Morgan, anything involving a knee issue can be rather rough. Hopefully everything is ok, as now we are going to have to wait and see just how bad things may, or may not, be.
