That might do it. There are all kinds of ways to get rid of a wrestler for one reason or another, some of which are more serious than others. You might see one of those things take place for a specific reason as there might be a need to get someone off of television for a specific time. That is what we seem to be seeing again with one of the biggest names in a company.

The main event of this week’s Impact Wrestling saw the Hardys challenging the System for the TNA Tag Team Titles. The match ended via DQ when JDC interfered and after the match, JDC wrapped a chair around Jeff Hardy’s neck and send it into the post. As a result, Jeff was stretchered out of the arena. While not confirmed, this could be due to TNA heading to Canada, where Jeff is not allowed to enter due to his criminal history.

Opinion: This feels like a way to avoid having Jeff in Canada, which tends to be a running trend for him. There is only so much that can be done with his legal issue and I’m curious to see when he is brought back. It would not surprise me to see him come back when the company comes back to the United States, which is something Jeff has done multiple times over the years.
